Liquid screed, also known as flow screed or self-levelling screed, is a modern flooring compound that is pumped into place and flows to create a perfectly flat, even surface without the labour-intensive hand-finishing required by traditional sand and cement screed.
Unlike conventional methods, liquid screed is mixed off-site and delivered by pump, making installation significantly faster. A trained operative can screed an entire floor in a fraction of the time it would take using traditional techniques with superior results.

Traditional sand and cement screed requires skilled labourers to mix, lay, and hand-level the material over days. Liquid screed is pumped in and self-levels in hours. Dramatically reducing installation time, labour cost, and the risk of an uneven finish.
Liquid screed has superior thermal conductivity compared to sand and cement, meaning heat from your underfloor pipes travels more efficiently to the surface. Giving you a warmer floor that costs less to run.
